We process data you provide through the quote form, chatbot, email, phone or another contact channel.

We use data to respond to quote requests, plan services, communicate with customers, handle orders, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations and improve service quality.

When you provide a valid phone number or email address in the chatbot, it may be stored as a contact request together with a limited excerpt from the latest chat messages so NB-Palvelut can respond in the correct context.

The chatbot may help with service questions and guide visitors to a quote request. It does not make binding offers or decisions.

Processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, the controller's legitimate interest in serving customers and protecting the service, and legal obligations.

We use Netlify and Google Gemini to operate the site and contact flows. Netlify processes form and chat leads, stores form submissions and delivers an email notification about them. Chatbot messages may be processed through Google Gemini to generate replies.

Service providers process data on our behalf to provide these services. Some providers may process data outside the EU or EEA. In those cases, applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards are used, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for quote requests, customer relationships, service delivery, accounting, claims or legal obligations.

Form and chat leads are kept for the time needed to handle the request and document customer communications. Security and usage logs are kept only as long as needed to investigate abuse and protect the service. Data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

Under applicable law, you have the right to access your data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, object to processing and receive your data in a portable format.

You can use your rights by contacting us by email. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.

The site uses essential cookies and local storage for site functionality, such as remembering cookie consent and supporting the chatbot experience. If analytics are added later, they will be enabled based on separate consent.
