These terms apply to the NB-Palvelut website and to quote requests and contact requests submitted through the website.

The actual service, schedule and price are confirmed in a separate quote or agreement.

Sending a quote request does not create a binding order. NB-Palvelut provides a quote based on the information you provide, and a booking is created only when the parties have confirmed the service, timing and price.

If the information changes, the customer should notify NB-Palvelut as soon as possible.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and sufficient information for planning the service. This includes addresses, floors, elevators, item volume, parking, carrying distances and especially heavy or fragile items.

The customer should ensure that access routes are available and that necessary permissions, keys and parking arrangements are in place unless otherwise agreed.

Moving services are priced case by case by quote. The website may show fixed or hourly prices for extra services, but the final move price is based on a confirmed quote or agreed completed work.

Payment terms are agreed with the quote or order.

Schedule and scope changes should be communicated as early as possible. If a change affects workload, equipment, staffing or schedule, the quote may also change.

Cancellation terms are agreed separately with the quote or order when needed.

NB-Palvelut handles customer property carefully and professionally. Possible damage should be reported without delay so the matter can be reviewed.

NB-Palvelut is not responsible for damage caused by incomplete or incorrect initial information, the customer's own packing choices, normal wear and tear, or circumstances the service provider cannot reasonably control.

Website content is general information about services. The chatbot helps with service questions, but its replies are not binding quotes or agreements.

NB-Palvelut may change website content, functionality and these terms. The current service is always confirmed through contact, a quote or an agreement.
